This 4m aligner allows you to make windrows by adapting, from the tractor, the angle of the machine to fit the density of little stones. We have a belt-chain transmission for 4 and 3 m working width. There is also a transmission by hydraulic motor for the 4 m.
The SP aligner is semi-mounted; therefore, the run of the working position to the transport is very simple and controlled from the driver's cab. In the same way, the angle adjustment is hydraulic.
The power take-off is transmitted to the rotor by a hydraulic pump, driven by a cardan joint; an oil tank mounted on the chassis and a hydraulic motor driving the rotor. Assuring system safety, even in the case of caging, a hydraulic pressure relief valve opens and avoids any pad break.
This is an aligner par excellence for very difficult conditions. With a rotor 5m in length, it permits, with a double drive of the rotor, to line up large windrows, and even do semi preparation, as well as the resumption of labour.
Like the 4m digger, the machine's angle is hydraulically adjustable from the tractor. The transmission is made by cardan joint and chain.
